I have been coaching for over 20 years and the past 16 have been as Director of the Capital Ice Synchro program.
I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 daughters who skate on our synchro teams. I love working with skaters and watching them succeed and achieve things they didn't think were possible working together as a team.

I have been a coach for Capital Ice Synchro since 2012. I am also a teacher at Saint Mary's Central High School. I am originally from Maplewood, Minnesota but I currently live in Bismarck with my husband, Ryan and daughter, Hailey.

I started with Capital Ice as a Chip in 2004 and am now on my 6th year as an assistant coach! My favorite part of coaching is getting to laugh with all the kids and watching all their hard work pay off!

Hayley Trom
I have been lucky enough to be in the Capital Ice family for 14 years now. I am a four time national level coach, and I have been lucky enough to travel with the Chips to every nationals we have gone to in the last 10 years. I love seeing the teams work so hard towards the same goal and to see the life long friendships that are made in this program.
While I’m not at the rink, I’m usually attending school or doing homework. I am currently just finishing up my first year in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at the University of Mary.
I am so looking forward to the great season with Capital Ice!

I skated with Capital Ice Synchro for 8 years. I started coaching the Champion 'Chips' my senior year of high school and am now enjoying coaching even more teams. I love sharing my passion for synchro with the skaters!

I began synchro at the age of 8 when the synchro program started. I was a Chip for 10 years and a member of the first national team. After graduating, I skated 4 years as a member of Team USA. I was a world team member in 2015 and 2016. It is so enjoyable coaching at BFSC because of the passion and enthusiasm of the skaters.

I skated with Capital Ice for 8 years. Since high school, I have also skated on college- level teams- Miami University Open collegiate and Team North Dakota. I am excited to being back with Capital Ice and sharing my love of synchro with the skaters!
